How It Works

Three simple steps to bring a story hour to your library.

Register & Connect

Fill out the host registration form. Our team will connect you with your local library and provide all the materials you need.

Host the Event

Read a BRAVE Book to families at your library. We provide a script, discussion questions, and activity guides. Most events run 45–60 minutes.

Report & Celebrate

After your event, submit a quick report so we can count your impact. Share photos and help us grow the movement.

Requirements

To host a story hour, you'll need to:

  • Secure a date and time with a public library
  • Be 18 or older (or have adult co-host)
  • Agree to our host code of conduct
  • Submit your event via the registration form
  • Complete a brief host orientation (30 min, online)
